The gumbo is one of the best that I have ever had. The Catfish poboy and platter are large servings and very tasty. Service is quick and they are friendly and helpful. However, it is takeout only, so dont expect to dine in. They sell fresh and frozen fish, crabs and boudin. Try them.
I stop in here at least once every few weeks. If it isnt their damn good gumbo, its the Yakamein or great bang for your buck poboys. On top of that they are quite friendly behind the counter. My favorite deal though has to be the 3 peeled ...
